About CrossFit 440
For proof that CrossFit 440's classes can make dramatic changes, you just need to glance over the instructor bios. There, you'll find seasoned fitness experts like Ben Parks, who had been a full-time trainer for years before discovering CrossFit in 2009. But you'll also read the story of Jamie Marino, who had never considered herself an athlete when she walked into a class in 2010. Flash forward to today, and she's leading others down their own healthier paths as a certified trainer at CrossFit 440.
Whoever leads the day's session, exercisers arrive at CrossFit 440 to find the same thing: a conditioning program designed to build stronger, faster, and more powerful physiques. The route to that goal travels through several areas, from gymnastics to weightlifting, and students never quite know what to expect thanks to the ever-changing WOD—workout of the day. The instructors also offer a special On-Ramp program for beginners, as well as weightlifting classes that can maximize a person's strength and ability to lift giant strongman trophies over their heads.
