I'm only in my first week, but CrossFit 781 has made me comfortable in terms of my own personal safety and the members are welcoming. The 2 instructors I've met were able to modify exercises as needed as I work through a previous injury.

I had never done crossfit before and have no idea what I am doing but all the people (coaches and members) have all been so nice and supportive and helpful. I am so glad I started and look forward to going more!

About CrossFit 781

CrossFit 781 looks more like a gentrified hangar than a gym—there are ropes dangling from the ceiling and heavy objects pinned to the matted 6,000-square-foot floor—but the space is ideal for CrossFit’s workout of the day. Led by co-owner Jason Brown or Danielle Bjorkman or their staff of fellow CrossFit Level 1 coaches, each workout includes a daily series of functional exercises such as pull-ups, push-ups, or flipping oversized tires that are to be completed as quickly and intensely as possible while maintaining proper form.
