- $45 for a punch card for 10 Kids CrossFit classes ($100 value)
Classes are held three times a week; see the schedule. CrossFit Kids classes are designed to stimulate neurological, cognitive, and motor skills in developing youngsters. Appropriate for every level, kids in classes play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump under the supervision of an experienced trainer.
CrossFit Alaska is housed in a huge 4,000-square-foot space that encourages people to run, jump, squat, and climb—all in the name of building a better body. Held six days a week, Workouts of the Day are suitable for all fitness levels and contain high intensity, functional fitness exercises that mimic everyday movements, from hoisting your kids to moving a bag of mulch from your truck to your back yard. With a different set of moves each day, CrossFit members may lift their weight on pull-up bars one session, use rowing machines the next, or swing Kettlebells in the same day. Coaches foster a friendly and fun atmosphere while keeping a close eye on everyone during workouts to ensure they maintain correct form, whether they're weightlifting or slouching while dreaming about weightlifting.
