What You'll Get
Since the rise of the Internet, people have struggled to tear their now-useless phone books in half. Bulk up to succeed where others have failed with today’s Groupon: for $30, you get one month of unlimited CrossFit classes at CrossFit BA in Broken Arrow (a $100 value).
At CrossFit BA, husband-and-wife coaches Jason and Robin Provencher decided to dedicate themselves to the training of others after a tag-team investigation of CrossFit vastly improved both of their personal fitness levels. CrossFit workouts employ functional body movements, such as squats, lunges, sit-ups, burpees, and giant hoagie curls performed in an ever-changing series at maximum intensity in order to whittle away fat as quickly as possible. Although coaches expect all-out effort, they welcome students of all fitness levels at each of the more than 20 sessions that populate the weekly class schedule, as workouts are scaled to each student's unique athletic abilities.
