I’ve only been to one class so far, but I’m really pleased with my experience. Brianna is super supportive and helpful, the other members are warm and inviting, and they really make an effort to scale the workouts to your skill level. I fully plan on continuing to go, and will probably sign up permanently after the Groupon is over

Dave Innis and his CrossFit Billerica team believe the first step to getting in shape is finding the right tools for the job. Enter CrossFit's workout of the day, an intense, continually changing set of functional movements such as pulling and squatting—two movements that not only build up multiple muscle groups but also prepare practitioners to remove Thanksgiving turkeys from the oven. Innis and company schedule these workouts as many as five times a day, letting students join in after they've perfected their technique in introductory OnRamp lessons. They've also equipped their facility with the specialty and competition-level gym equipment necessary to transform muscles into diamonds, including Rogue Fitness gymnastics rings and dead-lift platforms.
