Nobody works out alone at CrossFit Blaze. The studio's coaches and existing members create a supportive environment where every attendee receives the encouragement and motivation to make progress toward their individual fitness goals. To help members accomplish these goals, CrossFit Blaze hosts total-body strength and conditioning workouts that incorporate exercises inspired by functional movements used in everyday life, such as lifting and running. Performing these exercises at a high intensity and using Rogue Fitness and Crossover Symmetry equipment provides a challenge, which can be scaled to accommodate everyone from competitive athletes to casual fitness enthusiasts, regardless of age and fitness level.
The schedule includes nearly 50 workouts each week. Although the traditional CrossFit regimen is the most prevalent, the studio also hosts occasional classes with different emphases. Sweat Naples workouts set aside the barbells but not the high-intensity pace, leading members through a cardio-intensive session that get pulses racing. CrossFit Blaze's kids' workouts cater to children as young as 4, and the coaches incorporate exercise regimens that promote mental and physical development while improving skills such as spatial awareness.
