What You'll Get

Unstrengthened muscles can have trouble with daily tasks, such as restraining a rampaging toddler when that toddler is a baby bear. Be stronger than a baby with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for a Couch Potato to Crossfit package with two weeks of beginner classes offered three times a week (a $100 value)
  • $65 for one month of unlimited group CrossFit training classes plus a beginner class (a $265 value)

Every day, coach Casey constructs a new workout from his vast repertoire of gymnastic, weight-training, and cardio exercises. He challenges students to complete the workout of the day as prescribed once they’ve mastered important basics, such as the proper motion for lifts. See the schedule for class times and days.

About CrossFit Body-Mechanic

CrossFit Body-Mechanic’s coach Casey Schmidt—who placed among the top 21% of athletes at the 2012 CrossFit Games Open—blasts away body fat with what he calls “the sport of fitness.” He and his students compete against their own best times, heaviest weights, and highest number of reps to become leaner, meaner functional athletes.
