These five sessions count as part of your 10- or 20-class pass. Once completed, you can move onto one-hour CrossFit classes that includes a strength workout, Workout of the Day, and ends with a supplemental workout. Instructors lead groups of adults, teens, and children through intense routines that result in functional fitness. Workouts include varying and scalable combinations of body-weight exercises, calisthenics, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics techniques. Click here for a class schedule. <p>
