Workouts encompass the basics of CrossFit: Olympic-style weightlifting, gymnastics, and plyometric exercises. And each day yields a new workout, so students—and their muscles—don't grow bored of the same routine. Each day at the gym finds people swinging kettlebells, sweating it out on rowing machines, and flipping Micro Machine tires.
