Sham is amazing and the workouts are challenging but everyone is willing to help but also push you to your limits. Cant wait to see the results and push myself further than I thought i could go! What are you waiting for? Let's go!

with a lot of classes it’s about two things the atmosphere and the workout. The atmosphere is a nice clean gym with great instructors. They are friendly and push you to your limit. The workout does not disappoint, I’ve left every class feeling accomplished about what I just did. Try out these classes you will not regret it.
