About CrossFit Conyers Stonecrest
Dumbell racks, truck tires, sleds, and platforms sit inside the CrossFit Conyers facility, all awaiting exercisers ready to start down the path toward better health and fitness. The only problem is, they're rarely sitting still. Throughout the day, the CrossFit box's members are pushing, pulling, carrying, and jumping on top of these objects, all fighting to get through the Workout of the Day—or WOD—while encouraging one another to follow suit. Each WOD comprises a short, intense workout that changes with every visit to the gym and is designed to build a broad degree of functional fitness that can be relied upon when hiking tough mountain trails or playing chess with marble busts. Committed exercisers can expect improvement in a diverse array of fitness categories, from stamina and power to coordination and balance.
