CrossFit CWE's trainers ask exercisers for just three months. Be it weight loss, a boost in endurance, or increased power, the team is confident that just three months of workout time will yield the results students are hoping for, and probably then some. In the meantime, the crew leads exercisers through functional workouts that help clients develop a broad base of fitness. With each visit to the gym, exercisers enjoy a fun and supportive—but also challenging—atmosphere alongside their fellow classmates. The Workout of the Day—a regimen of exercises that changes with every visit—might incorporate Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or three-way thumb wars on a given day, all designed to chisel physiques and improve overall health.
