Two-Week Elements Course and Four CrossFit Classes

The 2-week Elements course is designed to prepare participants to move in a safe, efficient way and to help you get the most out of CrossFit classes. Athletes learn common movements seen in CrossFit classes including weightlifting movements (Deadlift, Back/Front/Overhead Squat, Press), lifts (Snatch, Clean, Jerk), gymnastics movements and other skills like kettlebell swings, box jumps and wall balls. Morning and evening options are available. Upon completion, customers receive 4 CrossFit classes to use within 2 weeks of the end of the course.

About CrossFit DC

At CrossFit DC, coaches provide individualized attention during lifts and conditioning workouts that are designed to build muscle and burn fat. In Elements, you'll learn all of the barbell movements we do in regular classes. Our ProvenFit Boot Camp is our high-intensity, endurance class, designed to improve cardiovascular health through running, rowing, weight training with no barbell work and bodyweight movements.
