Choose Between Two Options
- $50 for an introductory OnRamp CrossFit session for one ($100 value)
- $95 for an introductory OnRamp CrossFit session for two ($200 value)
OnRamp sessions teach students the basics of CrossFit, including various exercises and terminology. The classes take place three days a week for four weeks (a total of 12 classes) and meet on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.
CrossFit De Pere
Individual successes are group efforts at CrossFit De Pere. Above all else, coaches and fellow members provide inspiration and support throughout each workout. The gym's strong sense of community helps motivate attendees of all ages and fitness levels as they participate in full-body workouts.
The workouts incorporate exercises inspired by functional movements performed in everyday life, such as lifting, jumping, and running. Members scale the intensity of each exercise to provide an appropriate challenge, steadily improving their stamina, power, flexibility, agility, and speed over time.
