A Chat with CrossFit DRS Athletics
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? DRS Foundations is a program for beginners who haven’t been exposed to CrossFit, resistance training and/or a fitness program. The purpose of this class is to teach you proper progressive movements and load progressions while preventing injury. This class is necessary and very important for longevity. We also go over basic nutrition, training and it is a great way to get started. All of the coaches at DRS Athletics have been certified and trained to coach CrossFit, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Any person who is committed to getting healthy and fit will excel and enjoy the journey.
How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our clients continue to come back day after day ready to work hard because they have seen the results that come with programming rooted in proven science. We encourage and motivate our clients to push according to their current level of fitness.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? We started DRS Athletics so that people of all levels of fitness had a place to train and develop with the highest quality coaches. From a beginner to an elite athlete, they can find a home at DRS Athletics.
What do you love most about your job? What we love most here at DRS Athletics is the community that loves to train together. Members reach their personal goals while enjoying their time in the gym. We love that people find a new love in fitness and nutrition through the passion of CrossFit.
