Who, What, Where of Training Camp
What is Training Camp? - Training camp is a small group class with elements of CrossFit, Personal Training, Yoga, and more.
Who is it for? - Training Camp has different levels that can be achieved by passing a monthly test. Each level is graded from Rookie - Hall of Fame, with each level asking you to have greater skill, fitness, and strength.
Why the levels? - While we love the elements of CrossFit that make it great (deadlifts, cleans, kettlebells, etc) we also know that form is often compromised for intensity. Training camp keeps many of those elements but gives each person time to progress when they’ve truly mastered the skill.
How are sessions run? - Each session is roughly an hour long, with a skill section, strength section, and conditioning section. Classes are between 6-8 maximum participants, of varying levels.

A lifelong wrestler and athlete, Jordan Stump founded CrossFit Farmingdale to share the techniques that keep him in top shape with a new crop of fitness seekers. Despite his competitive background, you're more likely to find him with a tractor tire around his neck than a gold medal, sweating alongside his students in his fully equipped gym. In addition to the ever-mutating CrossFit workout, he also teaches kettlebell classes, endurance training, and soft tissue and mobility classes.
