What You'll Get
Before entering a vigorous training routine, it's best to mentally prepare by first studying the equipment and then dousing yourself in saltwater to simulate a completed workout. Condition glands with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a two-week Elements Training course and two-week membership at CrossFit FCH (a $250 value).
CrossFit FCH's certified coaches help fitness seekers stride confidently toward their objectives with a varied high-intensity workout regimen. Through a series of six introductory courses, the two-week Elements training course primes students to enter normal CrossFit classes, just as enrolling in remedial math courses preps students for their eventual attempts to build rocket ships. During the morning or evening sessions held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, groups of no more than 16 practice proper form for the gymnastics movements and lifts essential to the safety and efficacy of the program. After completing the two-week Elements course, students can continue training at CrossFit with an included two-week membership and, if they choose to sign up for a month-to-month membership (up to $150/month) within 30 days of redeeming today's Groupon, they'll pay a discounted rate of $100 a month.
Pupils also learn fundamental CrossFit concepts and basic nutritional information, including how to make healthy choices on an everyday basis and which color of food tastes best. Athletes in training must complete all six classes to advance into the CrossFit course.
