Owners Pete and Ava Curnow helps their clients break through athletic barriers with intense and effective CrossFit workouts. They create new routines for each day's group classes and works in equipment that mimics functional movements at a high intensity. During any given workout, members might run with sandbags, squat with weighted barbells, climb ropes, flip giant tires, or find themselves jumping onto wooden boxes. Each exercise is easily tailored, too—whether by varying the mass of a weight or the height of a jump—so the same class can equally challenge participants at any athletic level. When weather permits, workouts move outside so groups can improve their cardio with sprints and strengthen their vision by staring down the sun. When workouts remain indoors, the newer space offers the most current exercise equipment. Student's results are tracked and monitored to show improvement and help reach goals, and even showering is as modern as it gets, with luxurious rainfall shower heads.
