During CrossFit classes, students sweat it out during a different Workout of the Day—WOD—every day. The WOD involves varied exercises performed at high intensities, which are also scaled for each athlete’s individual performance level. Though the WOD is always different, athletes may encounter running, weightlifting, rowing, pull-ups, kettlebell training, and gymnastics-inspired exercises such as dips on suspended rings.
The roster of certified trainers at CrossFit G6 includes a former collegiate baseball and football player, a former US Army combat medic, and a former figure and bikini model, all of whom have had their lives transformed by CrossFit. At CrossFit G6, they lead a different Workout of the Day—WOD—every day based on CrossFit’s philosophy of varied, functional fitness.
