Your first day at a new gym can be intimidating. Everyone was friendly, warm, and welcoming. The workout was challenging, but designed for everyone to go at their own pace so that they could have success.

Coaches are very friendly and encouraging. They go through the moves step by steps. Although the classes are quite challenging, I always leave excited to come back the next day.
