Choose Between Two Options

  • $29 for one month of unlimited CrossFit classes with On-Ramp orientation courses (a $150 value)
  • $49 for two months of unlimited CrossFit classes with On-Ramp orientation courses (a $300 value)

Students must begin with the CrossFit On-Ramp program, which orients them to CrossFit’s methodologies and exercises over introductory sessions. Students come away with knowledge of proper CrossFit lift and exercise techniques, as well as a grasp of the philosophy behind the program.

After these orientation sessions, athletes can begin training with unlimited classes. Each day, CrossFit soldiers tackle a brand-new Workout of the Day (WOD). Exercises may include cardio, strength training, weightlifting, body-weight exercises, and unconventional fitness exercises such as tire flips. To see a class schedule, click here.

CrossFit Grounds

At CrossFit Grounds, trainers lead clients toward their desired fitness goals with CrossFit’s principles of varied, functional fitness. Athletes perform a different Workout of the Day (WOD) each day. Though the workout is never the same, WODs may include exercises that range from rowing and running to weight lifting, body-weight exercises, and gymnastics-inspired moves such as dips on suspended rings.
