- Introduction to CrossFit sessions teach you the fundamental movements and skills we do in CrossFit classes. These sessions are 30 min in length. If you pick option 2 you must attend all three sessions with the individual you book with for your first session. Option 2 only needs 1 purchase per pair

At Groundworx we believe that the foundation of fitness is built strong through community and leadership. We know that lifting, running, throwing and playing are primal human traits meant to be explored every day. We are passionate about coaching and invested in making every single members’ fitness journey is a success. Our gym is a family of everyday people doing extraordinary things together. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? A passion for training is why I started Groundworx. As a father of four and a full-time firefighter, I realize the importance of getting the most out of your fitness time. I love the support and motivation everyone receives at our gym.
What do you love most about your job? I am passionate about coaching CrossFit and love seeing clients exceed their own expectations. Our gym is a community of people who care.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I have crushed goals that I have set out for myself, and had the coaches and members cheering me on while I was doing it! I have learned so much about myself at this gym, and feel as if I have a team behind me that will help me keep improving! Groundworx has created a “fitness family”, and a space that I look forward to come into every day, to get a little fitter.
