Six days a week, CrossFit Hailstorm hosts a flurry of activity punctuated by the rattle of barbells, the grunts of physical exertion, and the encouragement of certified coaches. The grunts emanate from the gym's hard-working pupils, who participate in a new workout each day, aptly dubbed the Workout of the Day, or WOD. Each workout is designed to increase energy, boost metabolism, and sculpt physiques.
