Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? CrossFit Kids is meant to be big fun for all ages. Broad, inclusive, general fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? With childhood obesity and diseases on the rise, we are determined to join the fight. Our youth programs pair fitness with fun, which is essential in promoting a lifetime of fitness.
What do you love most about your job? We love building confidence, self esteem, skills, and lifelong, healthy habits in the next generation.
