What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
One of the longest standing affiliates in the state with multiple L2 coaches; CrossFit programming and coaching; access to powerlifting equipment and coaching; home of the FSU powerlifting club; USPA Certified Training location.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
There was a need in NCWV to bring CrossFit exposure to the area in 2009. We met that need and have expanded our offerings to include an all encompassing strength and conditioning program with a focus on powerlifting movements in order to make you healthier and stronger for your everyday life.
What do you love most about your job?
My job is great! We see daily improvements in our member's lives due to their commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We have become their family. Weddings, funerals, job promotions - we celebrate them all and we have become a very close-knit community.
