What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Community accountability keeps members coming back and stay motivated. Daily social scoring helps members remain competitive. Regular fitness/health challenges, and the feeling a family-like community leaves members proud to be part of CFI.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As CrossFit trainer who saw a friend's start up of another gym rise to create a strong fitness community of like-minded individuals, I knew I wanted to do the same on my own. Community, the safety of my athletes, and the progress of their fitness/health is of most importance to me.
What do you love most about your job?
Watching the progress of my athletes as they learn to become stronger, faster, fitter, and happier people is what brings me the most joy in my job. Improving their health is just a consequence of all of that.
