CrossFit J Town
CrossFit J Town's roster of coaches reads like a who's who of fitness, turning everyday citizens into muscle-bound fitness machines with a range of CrossFit programs. Ramp Training acquaints first-timers with CrossFit's basic moves, Falcon Fit helps exercisers target specific fitness goals, and personal training draws up customized routines for clients. However, most of their time is spent on CrossFit's signature Workout of the Day. During the constantly changing routines under the guidance of a level two trainer, the trainers turn patrons loose on the 3,500-square-foot facility, guiding them through the characteristic dead-lifts, squats, and pie-eating contests.
