The introduction to CrossFit class takes place at 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Over 30 days, students engage in 12 different workouts that teach the fundamentals of CrossFit and get everyone used to the equipment.
For regular CrossFit classes, instructors familiarize students with the basics of CrossFit, teaching vital exercises and safe techniques, as well as determining each individual’s starting point. They change the regimen in every class, designing the overall course of exercise to improve the body’s functional ability. Classes are held five days a week, 10 times a day.
