On Ramp training sessions are intended for people with no or limited CrossFit experience, and are required before transitioning to CrossFit classes. For class times, see the schedule.

Weightlifting moves and body-weight exercises cultivate lean muscle mass, which helps the body to burn calories as efficiently as possible. Filled with cardiovascular challenges such as sprinting and rowing, the workouts can also shrink waistlines and bolster heart health.
