The women-only strength and conditioning classes tone arms and thighs and sculpt butts. The instructors pride themselves on leading a judgment-free class that welcomes women of all body types, and members of the class offer positive reinforcement to each other.

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
We encourage our clients to make small goals related to a skill learned and applied through classes. These skills develop quickly and are measurable results that you are getting better, stronger, and faster, without staying focused on a number on a scale. Having small goals to focus on and be excited about will make the process of achieving your ultimate weight-loss goal much more fun.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not?
We believe in getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. We don't want anyone getting injured. We want everyone to love and enjoy working out. However, you have to push through your comfort zone. You have to tell the little voice in your head that keeps telling you to give up that you're not stopping today. That you can push through discomfort and that is when changes happen. However, discomfort and injury are very different feelings.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Classes are for all levels of fitness and all ages. Don't be intimidated from what you've seen on TV or read online. We can adjust all workouts to fit anyone's fitness level. We want you to enjoy it and we want you to come back.
