Trainers use the popular CrossFit combination method to trim physiques and promote weight loss. Sessions are tailored to a client’s own plan and incorporate techniques that range from high-energy cardio to kettlebell weight training. The intro classes provide extra one-on-one time with trainers, so pupils can learn the basics. Classes are held Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings.
