About CrossFit NYC
CrossFit NYC is one of the largest CrossFit affiliates in New York, running over 250 classes per week.
CrossFit NYC offers a beginner program for new members. One month of unlimited classes starts on the day of the first Fundamentals class registration. The program starts with a eight Fundamental Fitness classes where new members learn the basics of CrossFit in small classes. After Fundamental Fitness classes, new members usually spend a year or more taking Beginner CrossFit classes. There are over 200 beginner classes each week, including classes tailored for endurance, olympic lifting, fundamental strength, and mobility.
At CrossFit NYC, experienced coaches are dedicated to teaching members to move safely and efficiently. They plan all classes to guarantee thoughtful workouts that encourage progress and minimize the chance of injury.
