Choose a CrossFit class package that focuses on strength and conditioning workouts made up of functional movements performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, or pushing. All of our classes are scalable for every level of fitness, no special times are required to join a class.
