About CrossFit Paradox
CrossFit Paradox’s owner, JR, is a CrossFit-certified trainer with a varied athletic background that includes basketball, baseball, track, and football at the collegiate level. At CrossFit Paradox, JR and his coaches lead students through Workouts of the Day (WODs), which incorporate moves from various fitness platforms including strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and plyometrics.
