- Overview of classes offered: Each day, CrossFit members tackle a new Workout of the Day. Exercises may include cardio, weight lifting, body-weight, and unconventional fitness exercises such as tire flips and sledgehammer. We are looking to keep fitness fun, while obtaining your fitness and health goals.

About CrossFit Paradox
CrossFit Paradox’s owner, JR, is a CrossFit-certified trainer with a varied athletic background that includes basketball, baseball, track, and football at the collegiate level. At CrossFit Paradox, JR and his coaches lead students through Workouts of the Day (WODs), which incorporate moves from various fitness platforms including strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and plyometrics. Workouts are performed with high intensity at intervals of varying length, fusing moves such as body weight exercises, weight lifting, kettlebell training, rope climbing, and dips on suspended rings.
