Rather than tethering clients to treadmills or parking trainees in front of flat-screen TVs, CrossFit Perseverance builds strong, healthy bodies through functional movements and intense cardio and strength exercises. Students tackle an ever-changing workout of the day (or WOD) to keep muscles and minds engaged, incorporating moves such as dead lifts, squats, and sprints.
