At CrossFit POP, a crew of certified coaches leads exercisers through functional workouts that help clients develop a broad base of fitness. The team fosters a fun but challenging atmosphere that encourages participants to sweat and push themselves to better health through an ever-changing roster of movements. The Workout of the Day—the core of CrossFit—might draw from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or competitive hugging on any given day, all designed to sculpt physiques and improve health, regardless of age.
CrossFit POP is a well run box. I received a courteous and professional reply when I called in to register for the on ramp program. The staff is committed to helping people understand and properly perform the exercises that they are to perform. They even customized my workout based on my health condition and needs. They are not just out to get your money, they are in the business of helping people get in the best shape of your life, whatever that means to you.

Great coaches, very helpful. Absolutely no judgment. They make you feel very comfortable. If there's something you can't do, they have ways of helping you build up enough strength to do it. Classes are kept below a certain amount of people so you will always have enough room to do your sets. Just an absolutely great place to be.
