Choose Between Two Options
- $75 for 6 weeks of boot camp classes, held three times per week ($165 value)
- $119 for 12 weeks of boot camp classes, held three times per week ($270 value)
Classes are held in Brown Street Park on the east side of Providence. The 45-minute classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6 P.M. Session one is from June 1 to July 9, and session 2 is from July 13 to August 19. Customers who choose the 12-week option attend both sessions.
At CrossFit Providence, a staff of dedicated coaches draws from a diverse range of experiences to motivate and lead clients toward the pinnacle of health and fitness. Rather than parking participants on a treadmill or elliptical, CrossFit exercises build muscle and burn fat with high-energy interval workouts built on resistance and weightlifting. In each coach-led class, groups of exercisers workout in tandem in order to motivate each other and reach their individual fitness goals. This group atmosphere helps participants get to know each other as well as the gym's personable and knowledgeable coaches.
