About CrossFit Provision

CrossFit Provision's team of CrossFit Level 1-certified coaches welcomes newcomers to their sprawling fitness facility with open, chiseled arms. In fact, three of the coaches dedicate all their time to introductory classes that teach exercisers how to speak the native CrossFit language as well as how to safely perform typical CrossFit exercises such as squats and pull-ups. Once up to speed, exercisers can sign up for the real thing: one of CrossFit's intense daily workouts.
