What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Sharing the sport of fitness with as many people as possible is one of our goals. Whatever your fitness level, we want you to show up and help you meet your goals in safe and fun community environment.
What do you love most about your job?
The changes we can make in people’s lives on a daily basis, no matter how small or large. Perhaps it’s finding a community, weight loss, more confidence, or just the ability to live a healthier lifestyle. The small wins are usually the most rewarding.
CrossFit Reanimated whips bodies into shape inside a 6,000-square-foot space. The main gym area is filled with danging ropes and gymnastics rings as well as barbells, kettlebells, weighted medicine balls, and plyometric boxes. Coaches craft new workouts each day, and guide members through each exercise, adjusting when necessary the weight of a barbell or the height of a plyometric box to ensure everyone is equally challenged. In another area of the gym, a certified Pilates instructor uses Pilates equipment to help individuals exercises their way into stronger, leaner bodies. Both Pilates and CrossFit use functional movements that help people in everyday life, from lifting heavy boxes at work to sprinting after your dog should he lock eyes with a new fire hydrant.
