Q&A with Owner of CrossFit Remedy
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated? CrossFit Elements is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for those who aren't already part of a CrossFit program. During each class, coaches teach functional movements through exercises ranging from metabolic conditioning drills to weightlifting. These fundamentals equip athletes with the skills they need to start—and stick with—CrossFit training.
Do you believe in the maxim, "No pain, no gain”? Why or why not? Each CrossFit Elements athlete can benefit from the workouts regardless of their fitness level. As athletes learn the skills and movements needed for CrossFit programming, they will also find themselves challenging their own strength, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The workouts are designed so that each participant is challenged enough to deliver measurable results and make personal athletic progress.
