Choose Between Two Options

Students must attend one introductory and three foundation classes before joining regularly scheduled sessions (these required classes count toward the 10 classes in the second option). Each Workout of the Day incorporates a distinctive mix of Olympic lifts, gymnastics moves, cardio drills, and calisthenics that demand intense, functional movements from physiques.

CrossFit Renaissance

CrossFit Renaissance strives to make renaissance men and women out of its clients, prepping physiques for a broad range of real-life challenges with each day's workout. Coaches Bill Shiffler , Ed Davison, and Ray Decarlo follow the CrossFit credo: intense and highly varied routines that can slide on a scale of difficulty to suit any fitness level and focus on functional movements. However, they differentiate themselves by guiding small groups, limiting attendance so that every student receives personalized guidance. To accumulate evidence for the program's muscle-toning effects, gym members record their daily stats in a training log and conduct regular interviews with their biceps.
