About CrossFit Restore
At CrossFit Restore, the staff doesn't mind if moves such as double-unders, K2E sit-ups, and burpees aren't already in your vocabulary. For beginners, owner Jason Murray and his team run special CrossFit Basic and WOD classes that introduce CrossFit's moves and teach safe lifting techniques. Once participants grasp the fundamentals, they're free to attend whichever CrossFit classes they'd like. To keep everyone engaged over time, daily workouts offer a continually changing lineup of functional exercises.
