Choose Between Two Options<ul>
At CrossFit Seekonk, instructors spur groups of students through intense, ever-changing rounds of CrossFit. The facility breaks beginners in slowly, allowing them to advance through different workout levels at their own pace. Typically, classes begin with a thorough warm-up, followed by a high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD) built around a variety of functional movements.
