The goal of the OnRamp course is to educate athletes on common movements seen in CrossFit classes, including bodyweight, gymnastic, endurance, kettle bell, Olympic and power lifting. The course also improves core conditioning and strength base and prepares athletes for the WOD classes. OnRamp classes will be offered every day of the week for three weeks. Athletes are required to attend a total of three classes each week and can pick the days and times that best fit their schedules. Learn more here.
CrossFit Sixth City
CrossFit classes are designed to include participants from every athletic level or age group. Strength and conditioning workouts consist of customizable exercises steeped in functional fitness movements. The coaches tailor moves for each person attending classes offered seven days a week based on strengths, weaknesses, and experience. Coaches adjust the weights during Olympic-style weight-lifting, using plyometric boxes in multiple sizes and heights. Other workouts incorporate Kettlebells, climbing ropes, medicine balls, and pull-up rigs.
