Running, gymnastics, and weight lifting find common ground at CrossFit Strongsville, where instructors lead high-intensity functional CrossFit workouts. Though routines always change, they typically incorporate a slew of moves, such as pull-ups, lifts, and squats—moves that can be scaled to challenge exercisers of all levels. And these moves are performed at a high intensity for a reason: CrossFit Strongsville's trainers want to whip their clients into shape as fast as possible, not only so that they are healthy, but also so they feel confident in their bodies.
Everyone I've met at CrossFit Strongsville has been wonderfully nice the coaches make sure you are performing the exercises correctly and help with proper form. The classes are challenging, but the group will help you through!
And as for healthiest you chiropractic.... I think they are the best! Dr. Max is wonderful to work with.

The workouts are scaled to any ability level and the coaches are extremely knowledgable and helpful with doing so. The people are very encouraging and supportive. They challenge you to do your best every time you workout. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.
