CrossFit Thousand Oaks - Joshua O'Donnell
Joshua O'Donnell may have experience as a strength and power coach for football players, a trainer for Tough Mudders and Warrior Dashes, and a Level 1 CrossFit coach, but he's keenly aware of what it's like to be out of shape. As a teenager and then again as a young adult, he found himself far heavier than he wanted to be. In both instances, he made a commitment to exercise, first because he wanted to make the football team, and later because he wanted his life back. Today, with a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine under his squat belt, he helps fellow exercisers of all ages make the same kinds of fitness gains he has through one-on-one training and boot-camp classes.
