If you are already familiar with Crossfit this if for you. Great people and nice facility. However those who just want to try it...beware. Times aren't as flexible because before you jump into the actual classes you need to take fundamentals to see where you stand and those are on certain days and times. So unless you can do it on those specific days and times (and that's even if they have an instructor available) then its not so easy. Again good people but this should really be outlined in the details before you purchase. Its not the pick a time and you drop in type facility like it comes across when you buy the group on.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate the stars you have given. We have 2-3 days of On ramp which are Tuesdays, Fridays 6pm and Saturday morning at 8am. I am the owner and the coach of the On Ramp Fundamentals classes so I understand your feedback. But I usually try to work with the current group to see if WE ALL can agree to get an extra day out of the regular schedule for On Ramps to meet everyone's busy schedule. If I can accommodate your schedule I will. Fundamentals are very important, If i just threw the newbie in a regular CrossFit class I am risking the chance of them getting injured, overwhelmed and a horrible experience. Learning Fundamentals will allow the Athlete to learn proper technique and get the most out of their workout. Thank you for your rating and feedback.
