As the point man on a team of dedicated CrossFit coaches, CrossFit TSAC's owner and coach Matt Wessels helps his students develop their fitness across a wide range of domains. These include not only the usual considerations of strength and endurance, but also occasionally ignored areas such as coordination and movement accuracy, which are just as important to CrossFit's goal of well-rounded fitness. Students work on improving each of these physical skills, as well as six others in each Workout of the Day, the daily battery of exercises that can draw from sports as diverse as gymnastics, powerlifting, and rowing.
