Through CrossFit, weight-lifting, and personal-training sessions, CrossFit Unbounded’s coaches help clients achieve their fitness goals. Not only do they whittle waistlines—they also help clients improve their everyday lives through functional-fitness exercises designed to make basic tasks easier. Such as, building up arm muscles to improve grocery-shopping trips or building up leg muscles to make getting out of a chair with the help of three servants a thing of the past.
The coaches change up the workouts every day. Their variety of workouts includes clean and jerks to endurance training to gymnastics moves. They also tailor their workouts to specific sports through their strength and conditioning programs for athletes.
